Bachlorette Party! (Albuquerque Wedding Photographer)

My sister-in-law, Andi, is getting married in less than 5 days! Last Friday we went out to dinner and then went bowling. It was such a blast! Unfortunately some of the girls had to leave because they have little ones to take care of, but the renaming of us enjoyed being silly bowling while Anisa kicked our butts!














As you can see below Anisa totally killed us!

New Zealand (Graphic Artisit)

Way back in 2008 I went on a mission trip to the wonderful New Zealand! It was the most gorgeous place I've ever been to. At the time I only had my Nikon Coolpix, but to prove many photographers points, its not the camera you have but the person behind it. I do have to say getting these photographs in New Zealand really started my love for phtoography. I finally was able to put together an album of my favorite shots from the trip. Here are just a few snippets of what the printed album looks like!

Looker Wedding Album (Albuquerque Wedding Graphic Designer)

Finally I got a chance to put my graphic design skills to use! Quinn's mom ordered a wedding album. I had so much fun compiling some verses and her favorite pictures to create this beautiful album. It still amazes me that I get paid to make art. I am so blessed!

This wedding was sooo much fun. The Lord just continually blessed the day over and over! From the rain holding out to the most gorgeous sunset of the year! I am so thankful to have been apart of this wonderful day! I hope you enjoy the photos and can praise the Lord for the beauty He allows us to capture and wonder in!

I am just absolutely in awe with the Lord in just answering SO many prayers about this wedding and marriage. He not only blessed me in blessing them with great photos that I cannot WAIT to share, but also just actual wedding day and how rain held off until the ceremony was over. Praise God for such a wonderful day!...for now I'll leave you with this. :)

A Trip to Nebraska

Last weekend my husband and I made a long trip up to Nebraska. On the way there we stopped at World's of Fun and road roller coasters all day! Then Josh played a show with an old friend in Omaha. As the weekended ended we spent time with Josh's family in Lincoln. It was such a relaxing and fun weekend. Here are just a few photos from it. :)

Forth of July! (Albuquerque Photographer)

This 4th I had the blessing of hanging out with friends with the advantage of neighbors who well, lets just say their fireworks weren't exactly legal...BUT they made for great photographs!





I LOVE these fireworks, it reminds me of fairy dust!

My favorite of all the "big" fireworks....sometimes out of focus is a GREAT thing. ;)


The guys had a blast with experimenting with the fireworks...namely my husband,who thought it'd be awesome to lite fireworks to rocket off the slide...hahaha...boys will be boys especially when fire is involved.

They also shot rockets out of bottles, one of them bursted sending shatter glass flying. You can imagine the amount of screaming girls there was!



Good 'ole fountains, the least exciting but LEGAL!


I got some of the girls to "draw" with the sparklers, it was pretty fun once they realized they actually had to draw something and not just wave the sparkler around for it to create a picture. ;) But these are classics for sure!



The End! Fireworks are a BLAST!
