Josh Davis | Photos for Australia

As you may have already read in my last post, I am doing a fundraiser called "Photos for Australia" to help my friend Josh Davis. If you don't know what I'm talking about go read my previous post or visit: http://www.searchingforthelight.com/photosforaustralia.html To help promote this fundraiser I did a photo shoot of him!

He had a brilliant idea of bring painting out to the Bosque! (Which, for those of you who do not know NM, is a tree covered area by our Rio Grande river...but, really is more like a stream haha.)

I hope you enjoy them! :)

I totally wished I would have done some HDR, but I tried to give the effect of it...do you buy it?

Desposible Fun

For my birthday Josh got us some disposable cameras and we went downtown around sunset and caught some of these little gems! Josh actually came out with better exposures. I, on the other hand, have gotten too comfortable with ISO settings on my dSLR. They should really make ISO films for disposables haha. Just kidding.

This photo is evidence of my desire to stretch regular film...but I think it worked out pretty well.

Our awesome color cordinated book shelf. Most the books are Josh's and 1/5 are Steven King. ;)

Fall: Such a Beautiful Time of Year (Albuquerque Fine Arts Photographer)

Friday afternoon I had the pleasure of going on a new traditional hike with my dearest friend Becca. We love to take a walk in the bosque and admire the beautiful change of colors that the Lord brings every fall. Of course, not to forget Praise Praise Him for it! Here are some photos from our little outing.
