Snow in OCTOBER!!!

Believe it or not it snow in the middle of October in ALBUQUERQUE!!!! It is was so wonderful! Although I am sad to say the sun came out two hours later and melted it all :( But the good news is I got outside to snap a few shots of the snow in our backyard. It was really neat because some of our plants are still alive, and they had snow on them it was a bit of a paradox. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I did. God truly does amazing things, even in the weather.

Compositing: My Journey Homeward Bound

I'm currently taking a Photoshop class at CNM and it is so extremely helpful in editing photos. I'm so excited for all the new things I'm learning that I have been tempted numerous times to go back and edit piles and piles of old photos. Realizing that would be too time consuming I resorted to just one.

I love photos like these that remind me, I'm on a journey to my home with Christ forever.

This photo is actually two photos combined, but shh, don't tell anyone ;) j/k. My goal is that you wouldn't notice unless you are a PS pro or I told you. Compositions are a blast, I must say.
