Meghan {Senior}

Yesterday Meghan went on a spur of the moment photo shoot with me. It was such a blast with the wind and beautiful Sandia's in the background! Meghan was such a trouper climbing up the rock house. haha It was a bit scary with the wind gusting but it made for some fun photos. :)

Capturing the Lord's Beauty | Day Seven

Yesterday it seemed like another snow storm was moving in. Unfortunately, no moisture fell, but the clouds were amazing in what seemed like a storm to come. :)

Capturing the Lord's Beauty | Day Five & Six

The clouds finally moved completely out, revealing the beautifully covered mountains. I've always wanted to get a pano-shot of the Sandias. So, I drove up to the volcanoes, hiked a bit and took these photos. :)

I've always had this strange fascination with eyes. I just think it is so cool that the one thing that has a very unique sometimes changing color on our body is our eyes. And no one really has exactly the same eye color. Everyone always has different colors mixted together. I just think it is so neat God decided to create that in us. So, I took a picture of my eye! haha. I do have to say it was an interesting task with my glasses off and trying to focus with LiveView.

Capturing the Lord's Beauty | Day Five

Despite all of our closures and protests the snow stopped officially last night, leaving only freezing chills and abundant ice. With the clouds moving out the beautiful Sandias are now in full view. What a beauty they are, all blanketed with snow. :)

Capturing the Lord's Beauty | Day Four

Yesterday was a crazy day! Snow swept across Albuquerque along with a chilling wind that put most movement to a halt. Josh came home early from work because of the weather so we enjoyed a longer evening together.
After dinner Josh made a fire for us while we watched Band of Brothers. (We're hooked!)

Throughout the day I was wondering what to capture for this project, then what better idea of fire! Yesterday I had water, so now fire...so maybe later today wind? haha we'll see. But for now a couple of photos of fire. :)

God makes and made us some amazing things. Enjoy!
